Dr. Brent Blue, the coroner in Teton County, Wyoming will reveal the details of 22-year-old Long Island native's autopsy at 12:30 pm Mountain Time, or 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Last month, Blue ruled the manner of her death a homicide, but the cause of death remained pending further autopsy results.
Petito, of the hamlet of Blue Point in Suffolk County, had been on a cross-country trip with her boyfriend Brian Laundrie when she disappeared.
She was officially reported missing on Saturday, Sept. 11, when her parents found out that Laundrie had returned to his North Port home in Sarasota County in Florida on Wednesday, Sept. 1, in Gabby's van, but without her.
Gabby's remains were found on Sunday, Sept. 19, in Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest.
Since then the 23-year-old Laundrie has refused to speak with law enforcement and is currently the subject of a nationwide manhunt after he too was reported missing from his Florida home.
Laundrie has not been charged with the death of Petito but has been named a person of interest. He has been indicted on charges of using two bank cards that did not belong to him in the days following her death.
FBI officials said the release of the autopsy is more information to help bring Gabby's killer to justice.
